Whitechapel Pre-school prides itself on having a mature, experienced, caring and playful team, all of whom are mums themselves.
Pre-school manager and key person. She has worked at pre-school for 16 years, 12 as a manager. Esther is also the SEND coordinator and language lead. She has early years teacher status and an honours degree in early years leadership.
Deputy manager and key person. Ingrid has a level 3 in early years education and has worked at pre-school for 12 years. Ingrid is a language lead, specialising in providing support and interventions for children with communication and language difficulties.
Key person with a level 3 certificate in early years education and has worked at pre-school for 16 years. Lisa is an expert in the outdoors, using her skills to enable the children to fully immerse themselves in the wonder of nature and the world around them.
Katie is the office administrator and has worked at pre-school for 15 years. She is a foundation of knowledge about fees, grants and funding and with her caring nature always has her office door open for help, support and advice.
Key person with a level 3 certificate in early years education and has worked at pre-school for 2 years. Brittany has an infectious personality and is always ready to play following the children's lead.

Whitechapel pre-school is a registered charity and is run jointly between staff and committee members. The committee is made up from parents and friends of the pre-school.
Whitechapel pre-school is committed to ensuring ALL children and their families feel safe, secure, and included within our setting. All our staff are paediatric 1st aid trained and keep up to date with regular safeguard training. We adhere to a range of policies and procedures which can be viewed anytime within the setting.
