  • Speak to other parents
  • Meet the staff
  • Look at the facilities available
  • Look at their latest Ofsted Report
  • Come for a taster session
  • Reads the preschool’s literature

Employer Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers from your employer.

Although a uniform isn’t compulsory we would recommend one. It helps to get your child ready for their day and understand that it is a preschool day, it also helps them feel that they belong and are part of the preschool.
Our uniform consists of a green sweatshirt and a white polo-shirt. Both are supplied by Mary Frances, 59 Derby Road, Longridge, Preston PR3 3JT

The pre-school is registered with Lancashire County Council under the Children’s Act 1989 for 25 children between the ages of 2 and 4 years per session.

The staff to children ratio for the pre-school complies with the level set out in the National Standards and with Ofsted. However, we feel that our ratio’s far exceed these as we feel this of upmost importance.

We are open for 4 full school days and have very close links with Whitechapel Primary School.  This gives our children a great insight into primary school life, and access to some fabulous facilities.

The pre-school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage.
